Had a quiet 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The staff was attentive and top-class. I had luxurious, tastefully decorated rooms with central heating, a work desk, and a sitting area. Truly enjoyed our stay, 100% recommend this hotel. The location was incredible near a gate that taxis could access easily and the staff here was welcoming and nice. We had lunch at nearby The Ruined Garden, tried their fast food options. Got a lovely and splendid breakfast included.

The place is supposedly beautiful, but the wi-fi barely worked, just unacceptable nowadays. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my inconveniences, but alas, that was too much to ask. Dining in was ridiculously overpriced, and the food wasn't as amazing as they claim. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The American pancakes were a game-changer! And let's not forget the serene courtyard that was like it was plucked from a fairytale-an absolute gem! Super clean room. Staff that were pretty good too.

Now, the Wi-Fi just didn't play nice and the furniture was on the elderly side.

Beautiful room, beautiful breakfast, the location is convenient, just a short 10-minute walk to the main gate of the Medina, and the staff was cute, always eager to help with local tips and dining options.

It was all perfect.

A beautiful spot just outside the Medina with a charming atmosphere. The delicious home-cooked meals made each evening special, with highlights like the Uonuma-grown rice. Had a lovely time with great breakfasts and fantastic dinners. I enjoyed some relaxing moments with a soothing massage and sun terrace time.
